How Long Until I Get My Edited Photos?
On average wedding photos take 3-4 weeks to edit. A few sample photos will be sent to give you a teaser.
When Is The Best Time To Have A Photo Shoot
The magical hours are at sunrise and sunset for all photo shoots held outdoors. Natural lighting is always the best.
How Long Does A Highlight Video Take To Edit
On average a highlight video take 2-3 months to edit. Video takes much longer to edit than photos. We work on getting it done as soon as possible and will keep you posted along the way.
How Will I Receive My Highlight Video and Photos?
We will send you a direct link to download video and photos.
If your internet is slow and you aren’t really tech savvy no worries you will also receive a thumbdrive with all of the files on them.
The photos link will be from dropbox. It is quick and easy if you have dropbox already. If you don’t have the app installed on your computer you will need to download a dropbox app on to your computer. Once the app is installed you will be able to download photos either to dropbox or on to your computer. We recommend downloading them to your computer because the files will be larger than the 2 GB allowed in the free version. Having problems with our download? read more about Dropbox.
